1)     Payment details will be supplied on receipt of a booking form.

2)   Payment is for a 2-hour session inclusive of set up and clear time. The quicker we do this, the more playing we get!

3)     Parents are able to stay on the premises during the activity but must wait in the meeting room alongside the main hall. Please note that there is currently no WIFI at the hall.

4)     If I need to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund or will be given the option of transferring the fee to a future date.

5)     If you are unable to attend, 48 hours notice is required. Cancellation after 48 hours will result in the fee being forfeited. The Director may, at her discretion, agree to a refund where exceptional circumstances have prevented attendance.

6)     To ensure an enjoyable and positive atmosphere, disruptive or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated. In the event of disruptive or dangerous behaviour, parents may be asked to collect children early (without refund) and, at the discretion of the Director, children may be prevented from attending future sessions.

7)     If you have any concerns about the premises, the sessions, behaviour, safety or wellbeing, please address these in confidence with the Director.

8)     Only data necessary for the safe running of sessions and to ensure a high-quality learning environment will be held by the Director. The Director’s GDPR policy is available on request.
